This roadmap outlines the strategic milestones for Vereon Ltd across 2025–2026, aligned with its SaaS products (Vereon-Morph, Vereon-CashQ), services (Vereon Nexus), R&D activities, and market expansion plans.

Q4 2025 (Oct – Dec)
  •  Plan Vereon-Morph V2 with expanded input/output types and AI Assistant features.

  •  Finalise mvp road map for vereon cashQ

  • Launch pilot sales campaign in UK/EU SME markets.

  • Grow Nexus delivery team in Pakistan and build client success frameworks.

Q2 2026 (Apr – Jun)
  • Roll out Vereon-Morph V2 with real-time processing and broader integrations.

  •  Begin Vereon-CashQ beta rollout.

  •  Target MENA clients with hybrid delivery model (UK governance + Pakistan delivery).

  •  Establish UK-based compliance & security certifications (ISO 27001, GDPR alignment).

Q3 2025 (July – Sept)
  •  Finalise MVP of Vereon-Morph on 15 Sept 2025.

  • Begin beta testing with SMEs in finance, retail, and healthcare.

  • Engage angel investors for scaling SaaS R&D and UK operations.

Q1 2026 (Jan – Mar)
  • ​ Offer bundled SaaS + Nexus services for implementation and support.

  •  CashQ release to select finance clients for testing.

Q3–Q4 2026 (Jul – Dec)
  • Commercial launch of Vereon-CashQ V1 as a receivables extens.

  • Introduce cross-product analytics layer (Morph + CashQ unified reporting).

  •  Expand Nexus vertical offerings (logistics, healthcare, e-commerce).

  •  Target recurring SaaS revenue of £500k+ ARR and Nexus monthly revenue £15k+.

  •  Prepare for Series A fundraising to fuel 2027–2028 expansion.
